Epic Announces the "EPIC Mega Sale", with $10 Off on Every Game Above $14.99

I don't think they will ever be available on any other digital store so I went ahead and got an account just for these.
We just need Kirkman's Skyhill games to re-release them on GOG. Hopefully he will. I have all but The Final Season there.

My assumptions are getting stronger after reading this article by TweakTown:

So yeah, either Epic tried to force it or Developers were not informed. Epic must be that desperate and that Fortnite cash might start to run out soon.

Except, with your statement adding on to your previous post, you are misleading people hwre who don’t check other material.

Epic didn’t “force” the sale onto developers/publishers. Per the quoted line:
“Epic's recent mega sale forcibly discounted every game on the storefront over $15. If a game costs more then $15, that game automatically had a $10 discount applied to it on top of the sale price set by the publisher.” from the article you linked to on Tweaktown, the publishers set the sale prices after Epic said “let’s have a sale.”

What a few of them objected to was the additional $10 on top of their price. That extra was the forced part.

Thanks for the nod on this one. I just picked up World War Z (zed) in the sale for $8.99 which is $10 off. Downloading now.
