Overpriced junk

well thats kinda obvious, if its junk then any price would be too high.

personally, yeah 5000 bucks is a lot, but imo this is pretty cool if it runs well (not overheating etc but considering they put this stuff in laptops it should be fine)

Nice, a laptop-based PC with all of its heat- and performance drawbacks combined with a panel at a native res you can never push properly with the included GPU, reduced upgradability and still doesn't fit in a laptop carrier bag.

Basically this is a combination of all the drawbacks of desktop and laptop combined. I think its easy to understand why this commands such a price tag. Its uniquely stupid. Best of all, you can't even use it on the road, no battery.

Well done!

Pretty much this. You have to compare it to a laptop, and the only laptop in Sweden with comparable specs is like €4500.

It's a niche market, but it's there. I'd say the AIOs are the best PCs for stationary computers, for non enthusiasts. One power cable, no clutter, and they take up much less desktop space than laptops.

I agree but can we really say an RTX 2080 is not for enthusiasts? I mean... this is a 5000 dollar piece of kit.

I meant computer tech enthusiasts. This is for gamers who don't care about the bits and bobs, they want something fast that also produces no cable clutter. Or they do care but still dislike cluttr. Had I the cash I would havegottensomething like this.

There's also something to be said for an ultracompact system with decent performance for modding. This would be a fantastic "cram it inside something else" project and still have some power for gaming.

Seem to be priced similarly to the components, and the low end is supposed to run $1700.
