RX Vega 56 broken?

Hi everyone!
I got a Powercolor RX Vega 56 Red Dragon.
Fan speed it's normal, about 900 rpm i think but it does black screen when plugged in.
So without RX Vega drivers and connecting another vga in second PCI-E slot and plugging the HDMI in the secorda card, i have pictures. Now GPU-Z and Windows detect the card as "RX Vega" while HWInfo64 detect it as RX Vega 56 and ATi Flash detect it as RX Vega 10 ( anyway i tried flashing a bios but nothing), but sensors are crazy, like 0 Mhz on core and memory and 511 degrees on GPU. Installing RX Vega 56 drivers will freeze the system in boot picture after reboot.
Something i can do about this? Can i save this beast?

Is the card second hand? You could try using the switch on card for the secondary BIOS, and then installing the drivers. I would leave the second BIOS alone, and not be flashing it.

Whats the back story? was this GPU working good one day then just failed? did you buy it in this condition?

I already tried switching BIOS and install drivers, same story, of course one will remain original for backup.
Yes it's probably second hand, it's actually of a friend that asked me to try fix this.
90% he bought it on this condition.

Sounds like bad bios flash, can you post a picture of the white stickers on the back of the card with the SN and SKU and a GPU-z screenshot

Ah completely missed the spoilers tag, no need for them can you sharpen the picture up a a bit, is there any other stickers on the back?

A clear picture of the whole of the back of the PCB would be of help and can you SS the other bios position in GPU-z also?

I have found Bios files for that card, none of which has the same subsystem ID that your GPU-z screenshot has which is questionable, maybe someone force flashed this card with an incompatible bios and bricked it (highly possible, you'd be surprised how many people can break high end GPU's when they know nothing about bios flashing)

Still waiting for the GPU-z SS of the other bios switch

Yeah kinda, i used to flash some Kepler GPUs, a RX 470, a RX 570 stucked with a mining bios etc...
i have ATi Flash 287 downloaded, but from what i see it's much easier now

I think Vega is a different beast it may need you to use the cmd line ATI flash as it will likely throw up a mismatch error, though at this point you can afford to force flash one of the bios as it appears both are borked going to tag @eidairaman1 and @MrGenius at this point as I have no hands on experience with flashing vega myself, though here's a link for the 4 Bios I found in the database for the red devil vega 56

I would suggest only using the 1 bios position from here on out and see if any of those bios files can be flashed.

one more thing, can you use GPU-z to save a copy of one of your bios files, put it in a zip file then upload it here so I can take a look at it?

Ok, then i'm waiting for flashing from cmd.
Anyway, installing drivers put the situation like this
Then if i try to reboot, pc freeze while loading.

Have you tried with the windows ATI Flash any of the bios files I linked? I think it will throw up a mismatch error though it's worth a shot until someone can come along to help you withy the cmd line version to force flash which is what I suspect is needed.

Original one was "185W", flashing with GUI apparentely works because the "165W" it's shown even in Old

Anyway the -f command should mean force
