ZOTAC engineered their GeForce RTX 2080 Super AMP Extreme with a massively overkill 20-phase VRM. The card also comes with a large overclock out of the box and features an enormous triple-slot, triple-fan thermal solution.

Just 15% behind the 2080 Ti @ 4k, not bad at all.

Lol, $80 premium for better cooling and an extra 60MHz...

@W1zzard If you look at the fan rpm graph, you'll see what I was telling you the other day will put additional strain on the bearings ;)

Yes, and when you OC it, the gap reduces further. I'm doing a new build and need to get a card. I was considering the 2080Ti because I game in 4K and want the extra memory, but this is looking pretty good and even further a discounted 2080 with high OC even looks better.

Super FE= 78'c

Rofl on Zotac...they need a new bios to fix it or just thermal paste.MSI did a fantastic job.

I repasted after photos, no change

Well in this case Zotac is definitely doing something wrong with that cooler cause i don't see how a freaking massive cooler like this can be at the same time louder and hotter than the FE that's a HUGE FAIL !

Rofl on Zotac...they need a new bios to fix it .

Don't see how they could fix this via BIOS considering the card doesn't look to be overvolting or something and there isn't much they can do with fan speed neither considering they are already louder than FE as it is ( wich is ridiculous for a cooler of this size ) .

Did you change the table/graph, because im pretty sure there were a lot more GPUs in the test, i took a screenshot too to ask why the 1080Ti scored so low, 79.9 FPS vs my 100FPS in the exact same test.

Edit : Just found out i got the 2080 Super FE and Zotac 2080 Super Amp extreme reviews mixed up.
