I'm not really familiar with the software. I dont have sapphire card, but I will buy 99% the same card at some point.
I can see at Dashboard page that you are on Performance mode.

Are you sure that you cannot improve case air flow? And you should have room temp monitor with something, to know whats going on anytime.
If there is nothing to be done with the case then your only option to decrease GPU temp is to select the quiet mode at VBIOS selection, and restart the PC.
This will decrease the clock speed of the GPU and will decrease the power draw and so the temp by few degrees. But you will lose some performance, like a few %.
