SAPPHIRE RX 5700 PULSE - memory lock

Hi Guys,
Can't actually find any resources on memory OC for RX 5700.

I have RTX2060 and can run it on almost 7750 MHz:

And here is the RX 5700 where i was able to get 1860:

In both Afterburner and X1 I was able to do +100MHz.. i've read that they might be locked?
Wanted to ask if I have to flash the bios? Im not into getting higher clock on the core. I want to push the memory clocks up to the limit..

No I don’t use anything but Adrenalin for my OC’ing my Nitro+
Also don’t run more than one OC’ing program.
