The Team Group Delta Max RGB SSD offers truly impressive RGB illumination that can be synced with your motherboard's lighting effects. Each of the LEDs can be controlled separately, both in color and brightness. Performance is also very decent due to the combination of the SMI controller with some Samsung TLC flash.

been expecting this RGB On SSDs, the entire top is RGB. Question is, is it software controllable.

The second cable is for connecting to the 5-pin ARGB header on your motherboard, which makes the SSD show up as 20-LED accessory in your mobo RGB software, and integrates it nicely with all its patterns and controls.

Not too keen on paying $150 for 1 TB 2.5" SATA SSD that's already limited to 500MB/500MB sequential. Maybe if it was $115 to $125 it may be worth it for the addressable RGB functionality.
