I blame wild Bill for allowing his marketing partners to build an inferior system and allowing them to install Vista on that crap machine. MS supplied the license to them, knowing who they are and what they will build to sell to the consumer. If wild Bill can't police his own product and his OEM partners, he deserves to be sued.
Funny thing is Bills not even running it anymore. Oddly I've noticed a big change for the worse (who'd a thunk it!).
MS should be held responsible for its crappy programming, driver supportability (industry wide problem shows more than just lax component/driver companies), and market strong arming (attempting to stop XP production just to get Vista out). If people are this
stupid uneducated with computers to have to create a class action suite instead of not buying the product so be it.
If the "
Windows Vista Capable" is the OEMs fault and not MS' (probably both, but still back to the we're selling Vista now not XP thing) then I'm sure those high paid lawyers are going to make sure the OEMs pay their share as well.
MS has been strong arming the industy (world?) for too long with no REAL competition (back to the
stupid uneducated masses know nothing else).
