Stupid Fujitsu 16pin motherboard [HELP]

So i recently got a good deal for a fujitsu
Esprimo p420

Specs:
i5-4440
Ram: 2x4ddr3 1600mhz
Hdd: 500gb
Gpu: none (integrated)

So i wanted to upgrade to a gpu (rx 480 8gb)
But the power supply is bad, so i had to buy an njoy ayrus 450w psu, but the problem is the motherboard which requires 16pin connector but my psu has 20+4 pin, i cannot find any adapters online, can someone help please?

Its a proprietary connector. The only way youre going to get around it is replace it with a stock Fujitsu one or get a multi-meter out. snip off the 16 pin on the old power supply and read the voltages to find out which cable goes where on the new PSU so it fits into the 16 pin adapter.

An adapter for these PSUs dont exist.

Oh okay, but what if i just use the crapy psu with 16pins to power motherboard, and njoy ayrus 450w to power my gpu drives and fans, will 2 psus in a pc work? (I will leave the crapy one outside of the case)

You could do that but youd need to find a guide on how to trip both PSUs on at the same time so they both run when you push the power button. There are a few that exist

Actually, converters do exist and even especially for fuji, the problem is you have to buy at least 100 pieces.

Looks like these are still for sale, and the PSU has a special 11V rail that replaces the standard 5VSB rail, so they're basically E-waste

The main problem with those, is that Fujitsu prebuilts have been using something akin to intel's recently introduced ATX12VO. All you have is 12V output, 11V standby(instead of your typical 5VSB) and a little more familiar PSON and PG signals. So, just like on my HP it will be an active adapter with a little buck converter for standby rail.
Not sure why there are no PSU adapters on the market, but if you decide to make your own - here's a link with pinouts and everything you need:

But given that you went with some no-name bottom of the barrel PSU with fake 80+ rating and specs straight from late 90s, I can tell you right away that this is a bad idea. Being "really tight on the budget" is not a good excuse to have a potential fire hazard in your house. Return it right away, and start looking for a proper PSU.
In regards to PSU adapter: I'm sure you can find local dudes that make PSU mods for miners - just ask them to make it for you if you don't know how to do it properly.
