a radeon card displays the same amount pixels as a geforce,all it can do is use a sharpening trick,which,as was explained to you,has a list of imperfections.none of us use sharpening on browsers cause smooth edges look better and have no artifacts.This is irrelevant because you are using stupid levels of zoom which is not needed.
The fact is that Edge is the best looking browser out there. Full stop.
