Well if rumors are true. This card will have a tdp of 350 watt stock + what power target might be allowed to go over for overclock that cut be a 400 watt tdp+ card when overclock. So not surprising 3 slot cooler.

If its that long it looks like a dual gpu card - but it cant be with that cooler - but it would have be almost 35+ cm https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-rtx-2080.c3224 wonder if that thing even would fit in my case

The rumor is that it will come with an adapter that requires 3x 8 pin but I would take that with a grain of salt
