Why we can't have a "normal" enter key anymore?

That's ISO layout, which you would get if you buy a keyboard in most European countries. The reviewed model is ANSI, which is what they use in North American and many other countries.
I don't like ANSI keyboard either and have had to get myself ISO keyboards when I've been back home. ANSI keyboards are also short a key or two, depending on your native langage, which makes it hard to change language on an ANSI layout keyboard if your language is based on an ISO layout.
Normal for you is UK ISO, and that isn't normal for most people. Either way, this keyboard comes in that layout also.
ISO is not UK specific, it's more of a European wide standard, even though they actual key layout might differ a bit depending on how many additional letters the various languages have.
Currently using an ISO Nordic layout, although technically that's the wrong term for it, as you can't type Icelandic of Faroese on it, or at least not easily.
For some rather obscure reason, Norway and Denmark decided to swap Æ and Ø around, even though they otherwise appear to have identical keyboard layouts...
