I have their Racing X570, BIOS is awful. VRMs are not bad though. Over all, wouldn't recommend.

Can confirm that Biostar's UEFI BIOS is awful. If you're buying a cheap $90 R5 2600 and doing nothing other than a cookie-cutter all-stock build though, it's probably fine as their reputation for dodgy hardware seems to be behind them now. I've heard no horror stories and I think they're just playing it safe now - churn out reliable, cheap hardware and try to survive on no-frills bread-and-butter products.

Might be better picking up an MSI-A or something, depends on price really. They have some of the cheapest boards but spending a tiny bit of insignificant money on MSI might be worth the while.

This reads like an ad. Also didn't know Biostar were a leading brand in Graphics cards and Storage. Or even Motherboards. Aren't they tiny compared to Asus, Gigabyte, and so on?

Performance on my Biostar X570 was... eh. It required a lot of tweaking and high voltage oversets due to the junk BIOS and sensors. I do remember getting the CPU to some OK frequency, but things were so bad on fine tweaking end.
