Fake GPU Card Fight Back by making it work?

Hey what's up, so I'm a bit on the poor side, but there are things I wanted to do: get a GPU for my wife, myself, and 1 for a retro PC. I posted about the retro card in another post, so that's of no consequence now, but I just thought I'd lay it out there.
I bought the other 2 cards from wish.com. Mistake? Yes. Did I know? Uh, nope.
Anyway, I did get my money back, so that's good, but I'd rather gain a few things: 1) free GPUs for my family 2) fight back in a small way against scammers by making the card(s) work

I just want to discuss one of the cards because we do baby steps first. One at a time.

I spent the last few weeks learning about fake cards and how to turn them around. Eventually tried NVFlash but that didn't work, clearly. Then today I finally got an EEPROM or whatever plus an adapter cable.

Here's where I'm at, and where I need help:
-The fake card was marketed as a GTX 1050ti, but it's actually a GTS 450 Rev. 2. Yes, I read a lot on the forums about these during my last few weeks of "fighting back".
-I was finally able after much frustrating to reprogram the card. I know there was a forum about, I think, an identical card as mine. Elpida memory, 4 possible choices from the GTS 450 BIOS list.
-I programmed all 4 ROMs, they all had artifacts. It was 2x Asus, 1x Gigabyte, 1x Palit. The first 3 were very poor as the pixelation/artifacts made the screen unviewable. The Palit, though, was the most successful, as I was actually able to log into Win10 before the artifacts showed up.
-So since all 4 ROMs were exhausted, I thought I'd try a different ROM, which was from a YouTube video that resulted from my research. It was also for a GTS 450 Rev. 2. I don't know the link anymore since I only saved the ROM.
-That ROM seemed to have worked nicely (attached within) but GPU-Z shows fake MS Basic Adapter. NVidia cannot see any cards on my system. Windows update thinks it does but then they just disappear.

So, what can I do? I'm not sure this is worth it anymore, but I think if I succeed to make it work, I feel like I stomped those f***ing scammers into the ground, so maybe it's worth to keep pulling my hair out.
What can I do? How can I make this work?

As many pics as possible and the "modded" ROM attached. (Rename .zip -> .mod)
Attached pics are that of the modded ROM.

It seems NOT to have worked nicely, and it won't as your card has Elpida Vram, not Hynix like the Bios you flashed to the card.
Found 4 more with Elpida memory for you to try, and there are a lot more if you search through the database.
GF116 is the Rev. 2, quite often it is shown by board #106b which is PCI-e2. (106 is PCI-e 1.0 GTS 450)

Sometimes I've had to force remove the Microsoft driver before installing drivers with older nvidia cards. Or, you may be able to manually change it to nvidia by extracting the drivers from the nVidia installer and manually point device manager to it. Good luck

These are a bit different than mine... They have 1x HDMI, and 2x DVI. Mine has a 1x DVI 1x HDMI 1x VGA...!

My reply could be late but your card actually appears to have 2GB of Vram on board (W2032BBBG). Does it have 8 memory chips as I assume? That would narrow down your search quite a bit because a 2GB GTS 450 is a very rare card. But they definitely do exist. I've got a bunch of them with the same exact chip as yours but the pcb is slightly different. However if you want to try the Bios that works for me you can find it here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/222418/222418
