With at best 2 SATA SSD in RAID 0, there is little point to go any faster. In fact USB 3.2 may already suffice.

I have been using their 2-drive DAS for experimental data taking that each shot can continue over 24 hrs, and one go could take hundreds of GB. Their products are pretty well built and stable. Only complaint is some parts inside are iron without any coating, and signs of rusting can be spotted after 1 year.
