@crazyeyesreaper Could you check if this model has a MUX switch in the BIOS to solely run on the NVIDIA dGPU, bypassing Optimius and the HD 630?

No Bios screen shots?
Even if I could afford the ridiculous price it will have here in Australia, the pathetic web cam kills it for me as it's mounted too low and poor quality according to the review.
I use Skype daily so the webcam is vital and I prefer if people aren't staring up my nose.

I bet most people would be interested in knowing whether Gigabyte allows undervolting with Intel 10th gen mobile CPU or not :D

Why? 99% of Laptop BIOS are locked down, if overclocking, volt controls etc are present i would show them. But this is a locked bios where you can basically only set the bare necessities ie legacy USB, boot drive and disable 3D acceleration which on my unit disables the GPU leaving on the intel IGP present and even then it uses the microsoft default driver.

No the only option is to disable 3D acceleration which disables the dedicated GPU. (only the intel igp shows up in windows and it uses the basic microsoft driver noted above.

Wishful thinking on my behalf, I kinda hoped a gaming oriented Laptop would have some more options than stock.

Yeah very few mainstream brands offer that although i have seen a few from time to time. Example Eurocom did offer a massive ultra expensive unit with a desktop CPU that you could technically overclock. But it wasnt really portable...at all lol.

True, most mainstream brands don't do this. The only exception at the moment is MSI who have the hidden UEFI menu which allows you to undervolt the CPU and overclock memory in the HK-series of CPUs.

Then there are the smaller companies like Eluktronics, Eurocom, Sager, Clevo, etc. who do allow a bit more modification in their UEFI but not as much as a desktop motherboard.

looks pretty nice especially when they make it easier to open the case for some upgrade and don't use mid hinge that feels wobble
