I'm hoping those are pins that won't make any difference and perhaps the one noted won't stop it from working.
This is the socket in my Maximus IX Hero I fixed and had never tried fixing a socket before I did this one:
Obviously those towards the right side were messed up but good and there was at least one missing but in the end I got everything right that was there to fix and the board works.
That was back in March 2018 and the board still works fine to this day, in fact it's now the wife's daily.
One suggestion I can make is to do whatever bending you need to do SLOWLY and methodically as I had to. Also helps to wear a magnifying visor while doing this and one with the light made into it, thats what I used to help do it and made a world of difference in what I could see during the process of checking and fixing it.
I'll also say look it over several times, there are pins out of place in the pic that's really easy to miss and had to look it over as said to make sure I got them all.
In the end the pin tips are what to concentrate on. As long as they are in place correctly and the pins aren't touching other pins it's good to go if it's gonna work at all.
Even if the pin itself looks deformed/twisted after the work is done, as long as the pin tip itself is in the right spot it should work anyway and I did have at least one like that after my work was done.
