The Antec DF700 Flux is their latest chassis offering a unique fan setup out of the box. With a price tag of just $75, getting five fans and a clean, solid design is pretty rare, and Antec is upping the ante by including an upgraded, fully fledged ARGB and fan controller with the DF700 Flux.

I think the "reverse fan" is meant to be mounted to blow air directly at a GPU mounted above it, NOT out the front as mentioned.
I would not include that as a negative.

Another gaudy AF tempered glass RGB light fest with 5x the volume than that what is necessary for the hardware that will be installed inside of it.

This has been done 100 times before and didn't look good even when it was new. The case industry needs some new ideas ideas....

The ATX form factor is definitely outdated but thats bigger problem than any one company can take on.

The whole glass panel, with RGB on anything and everything possible is getting pretty tired though. Its not good design and just looks loud and gaudy for the sake being loud and gaudy and drawing attention to itself.

Good to see Antec launch something to positive feedback. I'm still salty about them ignoring my warranty ticket for a power supply, but their Sonata SOLO is still my favorite case ever. Even if Steve at GN would hate it. :p

It's been done a lot since Phanteks brought the basic design to our shores here in US with hubs, RGB control, etc ... but never with 5 fans for $75

I went from a NZXT Phantom 820 case to one of these cases and I couldn't be happier.
I found I had to sit my long PSU next to the case and plug in all the cables, then slot it in the case; I don't think I could have fitted any cables on the bottom row of the PSU, but it would never be needed. Then I could not mount a drive above the cage as my PSU cables are too rigid & left no room for the drive to be mounted.
Furthermore, I found the DF700 took my 1080ti KiNGPiN with ease. The 820 had trouble when I had a fan behind the KiNGPiN to keep it cool.
But I found with this DF700, she runs much cooler than the 820. I have my D15 CPU cooler in both of them & the 820 had those 2 huge fans at the top which the cat used to like sitting on when I was gaming.
I wish I knew how many cycles there are in the front lights. There should also be a cycle that has it at different brightness.
The only thing, apart from the PSU quirk, is the front grill is a dust magnet. I have not decided yet which is the best way to clean it, use a vacuum cleaner & suck it off, or take the grille off & use my air compressor to blow the dust everywhere.
