How much Vram does it have, any part numbers on the back, brand of Vram?
Most likely a reference card so try a bios from Nvidia such as:

4 Hynix chips total 1024 mb ddr5
When use NVflash I couldn't continue flashing with any other bios files.. fail on device ID... (vendor ID, Subsystem ID, etc)
NVflash only work with original file backed up from bios chip.. but the card only run in windows safe mode..
GPU-Z Card details (chip name, shaders, rops/TMUs, etc) looks normal
.............................. but MEMORY capacity shows 0 mb .............
GPU clock 928.. Mem clock 1350 is OK..
when install driver became blank screen an PC stuck.. forced to hard shutdown
Now when I use flash tool .. card became no display and the GPU fan run faster than normal condition
card still detected on device manager but had a problem (code43)
yesss masterrrrr.....

Could be just that the card has simply died if it has worked before.

We think you have a fake card. You need to remove the cooler and tell (prefer a picture) us what the writing on the GPU says.
