I needed the exact same cable to hook-up an old series of TT fans to some newer TT fans. So I ended up rolling my own.

I started with one of these (Coolmoon Fan Controller 5V ARGB 3-Pin to Micro JST 6-pin):

Then I got a package of these (20 Sets Micro Jst 2.0 3-Pin Connector Plug Male w/ 150mm Cable & Female):

I popped the female 3-pin Micro JST connector off one of the latter, popped the 6-pin Micro JST connector off the former, and then fed the crimped wire ends from the ARGB cable into the 3-pin connector.

If you look at the ARGB connector, it has one isolated pin, and then two pins next to each other. The outside pin of the pair is the 5v hot wire.
