Newegg shuffle is a joke, just absurdly price gouged and unwanted bundle items almost always thrown in. I've won the shuffle two times and both times I passed because the deals were so bad. I've heard BestBuy is now stocking cards in store. Would I have a shot at a 3060Ti since everyone is after the monster cards?

And I've been trying the shuffles since last Jan and still haven't been selected.

Have you considered a AMD card? The 6700XT is available, is about the same price as a non-Founders Edition RTX 3070, and is between the 3060ti and 3070 in performance.

Blessing in disguise my friend. They are just blatantly gouging and forcing unwanted crap in the "bundle" to boost their sales since newegg sucks anymore

Matter of opinion. I did manage to get my 6700XT for right around MSRP, but it's just not quite enough for the new 4k monitor I bought myself last Feb. I'm trying to get a RTX 3080 or 6800XT around a $1000 mark, which is pretty much impossible for the 6800XT, but is possible with the 3080 at MSRP

I'd prefer an AMD card but they seem harder to get and more expensive. I was only able to get my 3060 through a prebuilt and sell off my Vega56 and the 5600G. I almost broke even doing it so I'm thankful I at least am able to get the 3060 but I only play at 1440p @75Hz so the 3060/Ti range is a nice sweet spot for me.

Live near a Micro Center? Can get a 6700XT for around $900-1000. Micro Center is just sitting on tons of these cards because no one wants to drop nearly a grand on a 6700XT. The 6800 and 6800XT models tend to not sit on the shelves long, only a few hundred more for one of these cards at Micro Center.

The Nvidia cards, you have to sit outside before the stores open (I hear Tuesday and Thursday mornings are the stock mornings, at least at my local MC store) and then get on a digital line scanning a QR code and then randomly selected for a chance to purchase a GPU. At least the Nvidia cards tend to be priced better over the AMD cards at the store. Looking at the $700 range (give or take a bit) for a 3070/3070Ti.

Other wise you still need determination and luck to find a well priced GPU from other locations, such as Best Buy or get extremely lucky with Newegg and get a chance to buy a GPU that's not paired up with a shitty PSU or MB that runs you an extra $300 over the price of the GPU itself.
