XFX formally launched the Radeon RX 6900 XT Speedster ZERO WB, a graphics card it teased last month. The company's new flagship product, the Speedster ZERO WB is a graphics card with a factory-fitted full-coverage water-block, for those with DIY liquid-cooling setups. It appears to be based on an all new PCB with a more tuned-up 14+2 phase VRM setup than that of the air-cooled RX 6900 XT Speedster MERC 319, which pulls power from a trio of 8-pin PCIe power connectors.

Under the hood is a 7 nm "Navi 21" XTXH silicon, which is able to sustain 10% higher engine clocks than the standard "Navi 21," and XFX claims that it has unlocked overdrive slider limit (the de facto maximum overclock), beyond 3 GHz. Out of the box, the card comes with a maximum boost frequency of 2525 MHz, compared to 2250 MHz AMD-reference. The water block came about from a collaboration with EK Water Blocks, and combines a nickel-plated copper primary material with a slightly frosted acrylic top that's studded with addressable RGB LEDs. XFX didn't reveal pricing.

Why not make the boost clock higher. Everything is getting good heat transfer. XTXH chip. Doesn't make sense, people will manually configure higher anyhow.

Typo, the actual name is RX 6900XT ZERO stock W(hy)B(other).
Actually there is some stock for the 6900 XT's recently. The price is high but stock is there. Not a lot though.

Looking at water cooled RX 6900 XT that we can find nowadays, this one is not going to be any cheaper. At the current exorbitant asking price of RX 6900 XT, I don't think AMD or their board partners are really going to move any stock. They are priced way out of the market for any sane gamers to buy. If you have money to throw, might as well get a RTX 3090 which is going to be faster for the 4K resolution that these cards target.

Well, I'm reading this and it would have been accurate but it isn't. I dont know how things look in other EU countries but in Norway the 6900 XT TOXIC costs 18807 NOK which is around $2k. A lot for sure but saying you'd be better off with 3090? You wont get it for that price here. RTX 3090 is unavailable and if it is available the price for it would reach around 30000NOK which is close to $3.5k. Better off with 3090 is not so promising as you may think it is. For the price to how much faster 3090 is at 4k than a 6900XT I would not even bother. And, I'm comparing prices for 6900xt Toxic to any 3090 available. 6900 XT air cooled you can get for 15000NOK which is $1.7k 3090's dont go below $3.5k. at least in Norway.

Edit.
I found an RTX 3090 TUF Gaming for 25000 NOK. that is like $2.8k good luck with that.

I've seen some 6800XTs and 6900XTs on the shelves at my local Best Buy and Microcenter in consistent batches, usually still having 1 or 2 left by the time the next shipment rolls through. Friend who works at one of those places said they've been able to push the stock to desperate builders who don't care anymore if it's AMD or Nvidia, they just want a high-end GPU, and it's been easier getting AMD GPUs out the door in their area (partly due to pricing, besides availability).

That said, waterblocked GPUs aren't as likely to sell as fast simply due to needing some cooling assembly required. It's mostly been my local Microcenter that gets such GPUs, and have been incorporating them into custom liquid-cooled PC builds. Given that those kinds of orders are somewhat rare, they've had a few Gigabyte and PowerColor WB'd 6900XTs (even the rare WB'd 3090 GTX) sitting on the shelves for weeks on end.

Funny thing is even at that price, I bet people are buying more 3090 than 6900 XT in Norway. Nvidia's brand is too damn strong.

Depending on the card, you gain 1-5 FPS across average gaming suite testing 4k (3090 vs 6900 XT), or you have ecuivalent performance with XTXH chips for less money and available in stock.

It's a combination of brand plus miners. Miners know the hash rate is incrediable on the 3090. I have sold 2 MSRP 3090s to miners on eBay.

Not really buy those. My friend just bought 6900xt Merc last week. People want to play 4k or 1440p high refresh but nobody will pay 25k or 30k for a graphics. I'm sure people in Poland would not buy 3090 for 12k-13k PLN. There's always people buying those cards no doubt but how many do you think really bought it for that price? I checked Allegro and handful bought 3090.
I don't know anyone who bought 3090 but I surely know people who bought 6900xt. One guy has a 3070 but that is a pre-build.
