MIFCOM Performance 450 W

The MIFCOM Performance 450 W is priced very competitively at only €43 and features DC-DC converters to generate the minor rails. It achieves decent performance, and the protection features are working properly. However, it is only available in selected markets and only supports 230 V input.

It would really be nice if there was more 250W-500W psu, especially with SFF, itx, etc. becoming more common. Don't need a monster psu with integrate graphics or a small gpu.

There's plenty out there. Newegg has 4 pages of just 500w supplies, including quality models from EVGA, seasonic, and corsair. Same in the 400-450w range.

I feel like EVGA has half a dozen 450-500w models before you even get to the supernova models. BT, BR, BQ, etc.

Good quality unit for the price, also a Fluid bearing fan made by Schyte in this price range is unreal, that's awesome !

Hey @crmaris can you check some of Ares gaming PSUs, they are a brand for budget PSUs, but their units are among the highest rated in user reviews, it would be nice to see you look into some of their units !

That's interesting, Ares game PSUs are also very highly rated on newegg, guess you could say effeminacy rating dont equal reliability, because despite some of their units not performing up to the standards claimed, it seems everyone is happy with them!

All PSU ratings not coming from a professional reviewer/tester should be taken with a grain of salt and as opinion based on personal experience. Some on newegg and amazon are "paid" reviews.

I guess I meant more 250W-400W, but quality ones, at least gold cert and 7 yrs warranty minimum.

Second that. MANY paid reviews and scams in general on these platforms. There is a huge industry in China and other Asian countries offering false reviews by the ton.

The soldering and teapo caps along with a part not being secured to the heatsink makes me look elsewhere.
