I have their 3800/14 kit. Running at 4000/14 with tighter timings and lower voltage than their 4000/14 kit, but higher voltages than the XMP 3800/14.

It's basically the best memory kit you can buy for Ryzen 5000 imo.

Dram frequency is always x2 from what cpu-z shows this is nothing new

That's not correct, the frequency is the same, it just transfers twice per clock cycle.

Marketing should not state MHz for the number that is 2x larger than the clock speed. It's MT/s or just don't state a unit of measure, just a designation (name), so it's just (in this case) "DDR5-6800".

You forget that DDR5 has 2x 40 bit bus. traditional way of lower Latency = better has gone out the window.
