So, instead of calling out marketing BS, you just pass it on...
I didn't realize there was a peer-reviewed certification standard for keyboard layouts. Also, check the edits made in the first page.

It's not a "certification" of any kind, it's just simple maths:
  • 104 keys is 100% (105 for ISO)
  • 62 keys is 60% (63 for ISO)
  • 64 keys is 61% (65 for ISO)
  • 68 keys is 65% (69 for ISO)
Since 61 is closer to 60 than to 65, it falls into the 60% category. If you want to be pedantic about it then call it a 61% keyboard, but it's not a 65%, no matter what the manufacturer says.
