I'd go along with this, first thing I'd thought of when I first saw OP's specs. GB PSU's are just plain crap! IF there's no software related issue, I suspect the PSU just can't handle the possible power spikes as it's just plain crap.....your PSU is very well known for blowing up, killing hardware and being incredibly bad in basically every single way.
it probably can't handle transients of the 3070 ti

The main danger with that PSU is it basically has no OCP.Everyone keeps saying this but I don’t have a backup PSU to test

Nice! Just saw this as I'd only read posts in page 1. PSU is the heart of any system, and you don't want a bad ticker (like GB PSU's) in the heart of yours. That's why, whenever I'd have any issue, I'd be pretty sure that the PSU isn't the root cause as I have powerful and reliable PSU's in my three rigs (Corsair HX1000 Plat, Enermax MAX REVO 1500, Seasonic X-1250 Gold)So I have some positive news. This morning I replaced the Gigabyte PSU with the Corsair RMx850 and I have not had a system crash. So far I only tested Call of Duty Warzone but I've been able to complete 5 Full games without a single crash. Where as with the Gigabyte PSU it wouldn't even make it 10 minutes through a game before crashing. Something else that is pretty interesting is In Warzone I'm seeing a much higher Avg FPS, I'm getting 120 AVG vs before around 70-90.

Reading articles over the years from Jonnyguru's, PSU reviews, has thought me to never cut costs when it comes to the PSU. (sad he no longer reviews after he started working for Corsair)Amazing how smooth consistent electricity can solve problems!

Uh uh this pos going on the shelf as a reminder to never buy GigabyteThat happened to me in 2009
Use it in a business rig, no hpc.
Didn't buy from Amazon but I wish i didIf you bought it from Amazon contact them, it depends on how quickly/well you convince them but say that it's a fire hazard! Amazon will cover you in 99% cases with a solid reason, well after the return window. That's the experience I have with them, if it's some one (big?) like Newegg you may still have a better chance than with Gigabyte. A full refund is possible, depends on you convincing them. I wouldn't suggest this if it weren't for Gigabyte, so at least try it.

Their PSUs suck big time, their GPU ain't that great either, at least not my experience of 'em is anything to go by. I had two GB Vega64 Gaming OC, first one died suddenly, absolutely no post at all. Second one followed that a few months later, it can post and get to desktop, worked fine as long as it's not being used for games. The moment you start a game, it'd either hard lock (needed a hard reset) or CTD. Their motherboard, on the other hand, is a whole 'nother level though, I think GB has some pretty solid mobos. I'd gotten my X570 Aorus Xtreme around its launch and it's been a solid performer.Uh uh this pos going on the shelf as a reminder to never buy Gigabyte

Apparently the issue is quiet common with Nvidia GPUS and WarzoneI still get DEV 6328
In case you're using an Nvidia GPU, you can try installing the latest Studio driver (some users have reported that this has resolved the issue for them). And in case you are only encountering the Dev Error 6328 when you attempt to join a multiplayer game, try forcing the game to run in borderless mode with VSync on.
Many players reported the Warzone dev error 6328 can be caused by network glitches. To see if that's the case, try troubleshooting your router and modem. Simply turn off the router and modem and plug it back in after at least 30 seconds. This is supposed to refresh your device and clear the clogged connection

I never use credit to purchase leisure itemsIf you have purchased the PC / Components with an American Express card, check and see if your card inclused extra warranty coverage. I have had things replaced including UPS batteries, $400 joysticks and a $5,550 commercial refrigerator, that last one after being installed for less than 2 months.

OCCT is a good test program imho. it also has quick benchmark to check performance after you check stability. You can test seperately CPU, RAM, GPU, etc. AIDA has also a stress test that can push hard CPU and RAM at once. Also, games as Division2 (DX12) and Witcher3 will show to you any instability after an hour or so, while having fun playing. Is there a good program to test my CPU and memory controller
