EVGA RTX 3090 Ti KINGPIN to Require Dual 12-pin Connectors, 975W Capability

You probably bought outside the evga store. Which would mean from a scalper.
Yes, and it was the only card available for =/< $6k that had AIO water cooling with a 360mm radiator.
Yes, as in people who make it their business to be breaking records at all cost.
Despite them knowing what they're doing when OC'ing, isn't there a bit more risk with that? Again, not sure its something that I would want to do with a card like that, depending on how well stocked EVGA is when it comes to replacement cards.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti is real, and coming to gamers miners within Q1 2022.
Miners are NOT buy this card...Stop assuming miners buy everything. This card is not efficient nor is it worth the cost and power it uses. We would rather purchase a regular air-cooled 3090 Ti.
Can you please change that saying. This site needs to stop attacking miners, and point the finger to scalpers.

The site isn't attacking miners, the userbase is. Not that they are right in doing that, but just a nitpick. I do wish it'd be policed more.

It's a fine line that has to be walked
Banning them outright just makes them think everyones a miner

Letting them bring up their opinions and then talking reason back at them, is the only way to change public opinion.
Miners dont want this. They want GPU's that have a fast ROI, and wont pay extra for things they dont need.

Scalpers are taking all the GPU's, then re-selling them to the miners are inflated prices

... with good reason, I might add. Just because not every miner buys every GPU they can get their hands on doesn't mean mining as a phenomenon isn't contributing to the chip shortage.

As a piece of engineering i love this.
I'd love to see the differences between this and the 3090 K|ngP|n; board layout differences; transient spike behaviour differences; performance diffs in rendering and gaming and stuff like that.

As a trend tho...FML.

Not always or even often. I see hatred without rationale or even tired rhetoric (The global warming arguments?) far, far too often.

And either way this is a technology site, not a "gaming" site. We embrace all valid tech, not attack it.

... as long as people don't buy it up by the truckloads. :)

That's true, point taken.
