Trying to find how to bring back 0-255 colors for Windows Media Player and MPC-HC

So for context I installed SVP 4 and K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega) with mostly the default options it gives during installation.

Although in turn it altered the color gamma down to 16-235 so it looks washed out/grey on both Windows Media Player and MPC-HC.

So what control panel setting do I adjust to bring it back to 0-255 given there's like 5 different control panels. Additionally I'm doing it this way because Windows Media Player doesn't have any options from its end.

Additonally from what I found when googling this, I wouldn't say its from my GPU's end because I didn't alter anything from the Radeon control panel.

Also does MPC-HC even care about codecs?
Personally, I'd avoid any "codec pack" as, well as WMP.
I haven't run into anything VLC or MPC-HC couldn't handle in many years.

Why are you bothering with codec packs in 2021?

MPC-HC comes with almost everything, I did find I needed MPC-BE for some really new stuff.

It has built in 0-255 support, however it probably is better to force enable it in the drivers as many other video software wont use 0-255 without it set in the drivers anyway.

It's for SVP 4.

Additionally I've actually found madVR as the renderer for MPC-HC to work out just as well as the default and its 0-255 without any adjustments, so I'm sticking with that.

Although it is leaving Windows Media Player in the dust since I also contacted the devs for the K-Lite Codec Pack and nothing came to resolution.

So this is pretty much a task failed successfully situation and I'm happy with what I eventually went with.
