Yipee I found a way to make both monitor and TV run at 60hz in duplicate mode I'm not sure how I did it but I was fooling around with the res in the Nvidia control panel and got it to work now when turning off and back on the monitor it doesn't change the scaling I'm happy now I like duplicate mode better than extended
