Offset voltage doesn't save

I just notice the Offset voltage doesnt save, i uninstalled ThrottleStop, download it again, set it to old value, restart my laptop and it still doesn't save. It only show +0.0000

When using Windows 11 you have to disable all of its Virtualization features. Virtual Machine Platform, hyper-v, core isolation memory integrity and perhaps Vt in the BIOS. There is another thread in the ThrottleStop forum that explains this. Once you get everything disabled, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file and hopefully it works.

ThrottleStop is not compatible with WSL2 or the Windows Subsystem for Android. W11 is safe and secure at default settings.

I installed the windows 11 insider preview, loaded up all the programs and games, but as i noticed it seems changing offset voltage no longer does anything and also some of readings are wrong (turbo ratio and memory freq) as seen here is there a workaround or microsoft added some stuff to...
