Now if it's on the back of the card toward front of case, what does moving the switch towards the pcie power connectors do and what if moving towards the pcie blade?

Compute bios will cause games to crash.

please dont make random statements.

the switch is at the back of the card, facing the front of the case. there is no way to point it towards the video outputs without breaking it.
someone may find this thread in the future and become very confused. :roll:

Well, my games dont crash, so guess i am good.

Anyways i never touched it before, and i bought it new and sealed. so i guess its fine haha.

Hey man impero and I have a pretty good understanding of the quirks with most sapphire cards and overall gpu bios flashing.

Yeah it's due to being defaulted to the gaming/performance bios

Well, maybe i was not quite exact .
Let me rephrase: When you look at the card from behind, from the backplate side i mean, you will have 2 position at your switch.
1 is toward video output ports and the other is toward power input
From default when you buy it new out of the box, the switch will be set for performance.
