Yes I knew what you meant the first time. Why do you want a bios though, what is your reasoning?
Open gpu-z again and click the black arrow next to the uefi check box, attempt to upload the bios Through GPU-Z itself to the VGA Bios Collection/database, you should be informed the bios is already in the database or it upload is complete with a link, copy and paste link here.
Do not upload the bios in this thread as it cannot be analyzed.

Do not use amdvbflash to upload the bios, use amdvbflashwin to do so
That might be integrated into the motherboard or bios reading/writing locked.
So why do you need a vbios?

Version 3.31 Of AMDVBFLASH win works in W10, open it as an administrator.
Also i doubt a biosflash will fix after effects when it is adobes fault. Contact Adobe.

Well it sounds to me the gpu is integrated and not a mxm module.
Update the motherboard bios is all you can do, the gpu bios is locked out totally.
A vbios wont fix your problems that is related to that piece of software.
