Yes I knew what you meant the first time. Why do you want a bios though, what is your reasoning?

Open gpu-z again and click the black arrow next to the uefi check box, attempt to upload the bios Through GPU-Z itself to the VGA Bios Collection/database, you should be informed the bios is already in the database or it upload is complete with a link, copy and paste link here.
Do not upload the bios in this thread as it cannot be analyzed.

Do not use amdvbflash to upload the bios, use amdvbflashwin to do so

That might be integrated into the motherboard or bios reading/writing locked.

So why do you need a vbios?

amdvbflashwin is not working as i am using windows 10 64bit
I want to turn on the GPU

You are also using the genreic windows driver.

Version 3.31 Of AMDVBFLASH win works in W10, open it as an administrator.

Well Dell has locked down bios reading,have you tried version 2.93?
