Alphacool's new NexXxos HPE-30 360 mm radiator differentiates itself from other thin radiators by offering not only five G1/4" ports, but also flush-mounted stop plugs to aid in installation. In addition, it aims to offer improved thermal performance courtesy an updated radiator fin and core structure.

This is kind of disappointing and not a good sign for the HPE-20 rads, which I was interested in seeing compared to the XSPC TX series.

Looks decent
Performance is good for a 30mm rad while keeping the flow restriction in a reasonable level vs the hardware labs GTS series.
Will consider it when radiator width / flow restriction is a concern

Ugh, not what I was hoping to see. The flush mount plugs, extra ports and screw package are badass. The price... is going to kill these little guys. Way to much competition that performs better for less out there for these to make any headway for Alphacool. I'm feeling pretty deflated.

Honestly everyone is going to have pricing issues once the previous batches are sold out, but I can't predict what they will do then.

I've cursed those previous rads exactly for the higher screws, so a solution like this is nice.

Thanks for the review, hope you'll be able to take a look at EKWB's new lineup of rads.

I know this is kinda old but I 100% agree with you, besides I'm pretty sure XSPC's Ultra thin rads perform better because of the 22 Fins per inch where as AC HPE-20 has only 19Fins per inch!
