NZXT, a leading designer of computer hardware, software, and services for the PC gaming community, today announces the release of the NZXT N7 & N5 Z690 motherboard, their latest Intel-based ATX motherboard with both the features and aesthetic that builders love.

The NZXT N7 Z690 improves on the experience builders have come to expect from NZXT. With Intel's newest chipset, support for Intel's 12th generation Alder Lake CPUs, PCIe Gen 5.0, and Wi-Fi 6e and Bluetooth V5.2, giving it all the features that make up a powerful gaming PC. The new N5 brings all features of the N7 but without the metal cover to give users all the features, but at a lower price. Giving people more options so that they can build a gaming PC to fit their needs.

N7 Z690 Features
  • Designed with Intel Z690 Chipset
  • Compatible with Intel 12th Generation Core i9, Core i7, and Core i5 processors
  • 12+1 DrMOS Power Phase Design and 6 layer PCBs
  • Intel Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity and Bluetooth V5.2
  • Three M.2 connectors for storage devices
  • Supports memory overclocking speeds of up to 5000 MHz and Intel XMP 2.0
  • 8-channel high-definition audio
The N7 Z690 includes key features from our RGB and Fan Controller, allowing intuitive control of four RGB lighting channels and seven fan channels through CAM. Lighting accessories from all manufacturers are supported.

Stunning Craftsmanship
The metal cover is available in white or black for a seamless look that blends into the background of any NZXT H Series case for a clean aesthetic.

Building Made Easier
The N7 Z690 includes WiFi 6E connectivity and utilizes all PCI express lanes available from the CPU and chipset. The N7's layout streamlines installation with an integrated rear I/O shield and optimally placed headers for easier setup.

N5 Z690 Features
  • Designed with Intel Z690 Chipset
  • Compatible with Intel 12th Generation Core i9, Core i7, Core i5 processors
  • 8+1 DrMOS Power Phase Design
  • Intel Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity and Bluetooth V5.2
  • Four M.2 connectors for storage devices
  • Supports memory overclocking speeds of up to 5000 MHz and XMP
  • 8-channel high-definition audio

MINIMALIST DESIGN
The N5 has a clean PCB design with black or white color options. An integrated heatspreader is included for the top-most NVMe drive.

Smart Control
The N5 Z690 allows intuitive control of four RGB lighting channels and six fan channels through NZXT CAM, and supports lighting accessories from all manufacturers.

I wish NXZT was as generous as Gigabyte to create their waterforce series and drop the stupid design they always come up with.

Many motherboard manufacturers have forgotten that the main feature is to maximize the ability to connect to a variety of hardware. The constant shortening of these at higher prices from generation to generation makes me very furstrirs and bothers .for my notions both here are budget baseboards .They are not worth buying for me.

Is this NZXTs first motherboard series? It looks like it from their product page.
