Japan-based audio powerhouse final audio joins the wireless ANC headphones market with the UX3000 and its novel Shibo coating that makes this a premium-feeling set without it breaking the bank. Using new dynamic drivers with a custom tuning and DSP-based EQ, this is a good balance of cost, hardware controls, and sound signature.

Good review. But I am more interested into a comparison between other over-the-ear headsets in noise-canceling department.

I have a couple of others scheduled so can talk more about the ANC part then.
If you get the opportunity to get some cheap wh1000xm3, I recommend you to do it. With the new xm5, the xm3 is now in the 150$ range and it has pretty much become the golden standard for ANC headphones for the last 3 years or so.

I can't really afford to buy review items, especially when there are so many waiting to be reviewed already unfortunately.

That's a pity. Well, I still recommend you to get or try them if for some reason you have the opportunity, they are good. In general, the wh1000 family is good.
