EAR Micro and Klipsch Audio proudly announce the launch of T10 Bespoke Ear Computers at the Motorlux Event, Monterey Jet Center, August 18-19, 2022, to coincide with the 71st Concours D'Elegance.

T10 Bespoke represents an entirely new category of advanced hearables technology—tiny in-ear computers about a third of the size of traditional wireless earphones, yet significantly more advanced. T10 Bespoke Ear Computers seamlessly blend high-style luxury materials and hand craftsmanship typical of fine jewelry and watchmaking with state-of-the-art wireless hi-fi audio. The audio signal path boasts a stunning 96kHz/24-bit audio resolution rendered through the LDAC codec, further enhanced by twin Cadence/Tensilica Hi-fi DSP's, passed next through ultra-efficient class-D amplifiers, and finally into your ears through acoustically accurate Sonion precision balanced-armature transducers.

"T10 Bespoke Ear Computers are the ultimate luxury statement. Affluent consumers have always been able to collect fine automobiles, yachts, and aircraft, while sporting high fashion, fine eyewear, precious jewelry, and other custom accessories," says Patsy Nigh, co-founder of EAR Micro. "But to date, they have not been able to purchase true luxury earwear: products that deliver the best sound, the most advanced technology, and the best styling and craftsmanship in the world."

Paul Jacobs, President & CEO of Klipsch Audio adds, "We've been working with EAR Micro for four years to bring T10 Bespoke Ear Computers to life. Together, we've leveraged everything Klipsch has learned over its 75+ year history building the world's best-sounding speakers and headphones to ensure that T10 Bespoke Ear Computers set an entirely new precedent for what is possible with miniaturized wireless audio. We are proud of the result. The T10 Bespoke Ear Computers are like nothing the world has ever seen or heard before—capable of delivering the power, detail, and emotion of the live music experience inside your head, yet so diminutive in size that you or anyone else will barely notice you're wearing them. Plus, they're so comfortable they can be worn all day long and boast battery life to match."

T10 Bespoke Ear Computers are designed individually for each person and then built-to-order in the USA from renewable and sustainable materials such as precious metal and precision ceramic zirconia. Clients are encouraged to match their personal styling and aesthetic preferences by selecting from thousands of possible color and material combinations, which are easily visualized using the unique T10 Bespoke online configurator. Ms. Nigh emphasizes, "Unlike other products that are made from inexpensive plastic, used only for a year or two and then tossed aside, we've created luxury portable audio that can provide a lifetime of enjoyment. We've engineered a patent-pending chassis architecture allowing T10 Bespoke Ear Computers to be infinitely repaired, renewed, and upgraded. Everything is meticulously assembled using exactly the same techniques you'd find in a fine Swiss watch."

By accomplishing all of this in the USA, EAR Micro and Klipsch hope luxury consumers will take pride in helping to create highly skilled, long-lasting high-tech jobs that are good for the American economy, and which result in fully sustainable audio products that are the envy of the world.

T10 Bespoke Ear Computers are available now. Pricing typically ranges between $2,500 and $5,000, with precious or semi-precious gemstones, lapidary, and artisanal customization quoted upon request.

I mean I’m sure they sound fantastic but then if your phone is your “source” are you going to be able to take full advantage of its capabilities?

They use the Sony LDAC codec, so most likely yes, as long as it's an Android device.

LOL guess I’ll be stuck at the AirPods level…I use my phone for music in my car, I can’t even remember the last time I used headphones. I can of course appreciate good quality headphones I just can’t justify buying any.

Nobody whos in the market for four figure headphones is interested in wireless nonsense like this though.
Pretty clear they're targeting a very different group with these though. Still insane, but I guess just yet another sign of how insane wealth inequality has gotten in recent years - someone clearly thinks there's a viable market for $2500 jewelry earphones, while regular people increasingly struggle to pay for food, rent or gas. Go figure.

You can go out and get a pair of shures for 100 bucks or if you want to splurge moondrops at 300 bucks that will crush all this bluetooth and wireless nonsense. The point of the airpods is the OS integration which is actually done really well. If you own a mac they also integrate well with that.

I'm glad Paul Klipsch is dead, or he'd drop dead over this. Someone go dig him up!

Oh I know that and agree but it's still dumb. They make 50k headphones and those sell but those actually make a difference.

They sell diamond encrusted souped up iPhones as well. But I've never seen one and I see crap like Ferraris and Rolex daily. Most people throwing 30k at a phone are getting some batshit secure device that looks unassuming. Just as nobody fucking buys a diamond encrusted Rolex they get steel or gold.

Contrary to music videos most rich people find bling tasteless and the mark of new money idiots who will not be allowed into the restaurant.

Sorry, but they start at $2,500 and go all the way up to $5,000...

It's still not the price. It's what it is at the price and that a brand like Klipsch somehow OK'd this idea and nuked their serious reputation.
And here I thought they'd been making style of substance headphones for quite a while now.

Kinda. Their speakers are top notch and that's what they are famous for. Their wired headphones were pretty good for a bit and cheap for what you go. They also had a few units in the multi hundred dollar range that could trade blows with sennies and shures. They went down the wireless rabbit hole though which is the grave of audio and while their initial units were good from a quality standpoint didn't stand out and then they went into various collaberations which is always a mark of desperation. But you could somewhat ignore it. This is a whole nother of level of bullshit though which makes you wonder what in the hell is going on there.

It's just odd watching one of the more storied brands do this. Close your damn headphone unit TODAY and save your speakers unit.

Honestly, I mainly posted this because of the stupid price tag. It's a dumb product, regardless how good it sounds.

So, is it safe to say this is a fancy-shmancy advanced control hearing aid?

I remember when hearing aids needed a wire to connect to the box for the batteries.

My wife has a much more valuable pair of earrings and they can't even play music. This is just jewelry trying to appeal to a well heeled, "nerdy" millennial. It's not meant for the high quality audio market.

Well I won’t take any issues with the audio quality it has all the right boxes ticked as far as leading edge tech. The price on the other hand does not warrant said tech no matter how good it is…

I'm sure any 'ooohs' and 'aahhs' her earrings get sound much so much better than some earbuds.

@TheLostSwede The second paragraph should read "DSPs" instead of "DSP's" :)

The price is sensible chuckle material, that's for sure...
It's a press release. We don't edit those for mistakes like that.

Indeed.
