I've been trying to find out what BIOS revision/version I have in my GPU and I'm having no luck. This is what it looks like. It's an early Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 that I picked up a couple of months after the 3070s were released ... and before the prices became ridiculous.

Any idea what's going on or how I can find out what BIOS version I have?

Edit: I looked up that Registry location and it has a "HardwareInformation.BiosString" key with the value of "Version94.4.3a.40.d", but that bears no resemblance to any of the appropriate BIOS numbering. It's all a bit confusing.

Hope you don't get ideas to "Update" the BIOS knowing there is a newer one.... (if there is)

If there are no issues with the GPU, just use it as meant to use.

Why are you looking at the General menu in GPU-Z's Advanced tab?

The article says to look at the BIOS version number in the "Nvidia BIOS" menu:

Also, my understanding is that Resizable BAR is only available for RTX 30-series models for Nvidia cards. Neither 10-series nor 20-series cards support Resizable BAR.

The fact that 20-series cards don't support this feature is covered in page 4 of the OC3D article.

I missed the fact that there's a dropdown there. Also my bad. Thank you.
