7Hz jumps aboard the collaboration train now with its latest planar IEM offering. The Dioko is more budget-friendly and thus part of its new Salnotes sub-brand, and is tuned with Crinacle's help to have a clean, resolving signature in mind while retaining the design language from the 7Hz Eternal.

Benchmark Scores bench...mark? i do leave mark on bench sometime, to remember which one is the most comfortable. :o
interesting Planar at an interesting price ...

if one of my retailer/etailer had them in stock at a similar price (unlikely ... they will probably be 130chf/$ but that would still be cheap to me ) i would order one to test planar drivers :)

price in Switzerland is, well ... example the FH1s are 55$~ on Fiio official store on AliExpress, Switzerland retail price : 79-83chf (taxes aren't what make it so ... if i ordered on AE i would get them in 2 to 3 weeks free shipping include, and since it's less than 62.50chf no custom fees either VAT? 7.7% indeed but base prices are already 20-25% more before that  )

Thanks for the review! I have the Dunu Titan S and really like the neutral sound, though it some times can be cold. If I hadn't had these, I might have picked up the Dioko's as I also use the HE400SE on my PC and I like that planar sound signature. Unfortunately as a sidegrade, I don't think it's worth the money, more so when I have some not so stellar experience fitting the Sony WF-1000XM3.

Good point regarding comfort. I've trashed IEM's and ear buds that were difficult to fit, or needed constant adjustment. This makes for sore ears. I'd rather have a lesser sound if I have to compromise and a good fit.

Maybe @VSG should see if he can get something from a brand like Shure? They do tend to cost more but they are profesional brands that are meant for hours long usage even on stage. They also tend to punch well above their weight level for the type of driver used, and are found sub MSRP all the time. Even the lowly SE 215 at the sub MSRP of 100 bucks.

I have a big Westone article in the works, similar approach to Shure.
