SOLVED
Hello guys! As the title suggests, there seems to be a problem with my GPU using anisotropic filtering. I just switched to a new GPU, used the AMD cleanup utility (even tried DDU once), installed drivers (a couple different versions) and I still seem to get horrible texture filtering. Just look at this(click on the image):
My settings are as follows in AMD Adrenalin (worked perfectly before):
Did anyone have this issue? Is there a way to try and force it in a different way? The list of games where it doesn't work: Assetto Corsa, Skyrim, ME:Andromeda, Dying Light, Fallout 4, Crysis 2/3 Remastered,...
EDIT: I have found the solution for this issue!!! Link: reddit
All you have to do is use 8x instead of 16x because it seems to be bugged. Comparison of the 8x settings vs 16x:
16X
8X (YES BABY!)
