MSI Suprim X vs Asus Strix vs Founders GeForce RTX 4090 for quiet fans and least/no coil whine chances?

Which card is the best to get as I have narrowed down these 3 choices. Yes I know some have said Gigabyte and Zotac have less chances of coil whine, but tried both and they had too much so going to these 3 choices now. Well Zotac did have awful fan motors at low RPM.

These 3 all appear to have best VRM.

And Strix from Asus seems less prone to bad coil whine than the Tuf or even Suprim X. Though have heard some insist their Suprim X is quiet as well as Strix. Almost no one says Asus Tuf is quiet. 4080 Strix is a totally different story at least per Debauer as it uses the whiny components from 3080/3090 Strix series where as 4090 uses something else.

So I take it Founders Edition probably by far has the least chance of coil whine though all a lottery and luck of draw.

Which brings me to this next important point?? Fans and fan noise and cooling. Does the Founders Edition have loud fans or no and what RPM can you run them at to cool the thing while keeping it quiet?? Or is it not possible like the Zotac cards have horrible fan motors that sound horrible even at low RPM??

Good luck they all wine

Well how is the fan noise on Founders edition. Can it be quiet with adequate cooling?

The Founders Edition I believe has much less chance of whine than the other 2 so it is the go to if fans are up to par.

FE has about 33 dBA noise output, which is pretty good.

Coil whine is luck of the draw. We don't have a huge sample size as of yet for 4090s but ASUS seems to be the worst. FE and others, at least at this point, appear to be on par.

Mind you this info is taken from an Nvidia reddit survey so take it with a grain of salt. In the end you really just have to hope what you get doesn't have it.

When you say FE and others appear to be on par, you mean generally better than Asus, but hit or miss and FE not worse than others including Giga Zotac and MSI and Palit and Gainward, etc... in terms of luck of the draw?

Correct

FE is best bet imo. But the Suprim is very good.
