Unlike previous Xtrfy releases, the amibdextrous M8 Wireless does both without shell holes and RGB lighting, yet only weighs 55 g. Featuring PixArt's latest PAW3395 sensor, Kailh GM 8.0 switches for the main buttons, and 75 hours of battery life, the M8 Wireless also offers extensive on-board customization.

Solid mouse as I knew it would be. Fantastic review.

I own it.

I will add a few things pro and con.

Pro - I do find it relaxing to use. Makes for a spectacular office mouse because of it's small size and the ability to lightly finger move it with precision. I think people with high DPI settings might even get more enjoyment than I do.

Con - No finger comfort groves for the mouse buttons. Perhaps not a deal breaker but at first I didn't get a locked in feeling like previous Razer mice. Once you relax and realize that the buttons can be pressed effectively from pretty much anywhere... It matters less.

Happy holidays and happy New Year team Techpowerup.

interesting how they put the holes behind the glide to cut some weight without ruining the looks

Crikey, that's cultural appropriation right there

Once you relax and realize that the buttons can be pressed effectively from pretty much anywhere... It matters less.
I never realised this was what i used to judge mice by

Tested out my pile of mice and the ones i like (G pro wireless) click anywhere, while what i call "shitty office mice" require to be held in one specific way and clicked one specific direction, resulting in a lot of missed-clicks

I'll never be able to use mice like this since they make them for hands that my hands eat for breakfast

My G-pro is barely a snack

Interesting mouse, but too small for my hands. I have m42 and stopped using it because it gave me hand cramps. Also, the cable is too stiff and I don't like the holes on the side.
Probably my next mouse will have a similar size with Razer Deathadder v3.

I hope the day of ordering custom shells (sizes) for mice aren't far in the future.

fascinating

And something i've ran into before without understanding -some people with particular mice had crazy high or low DPI's and raved about it, but my own mice were insanely fast or slow at those same settings

Fascinatingly, the mouse and mousepad i settled on - are the ones he chose as the most accurate example. The G pro superlight (non X, wasnt out yet) and the G640 mousepad - I just taped on a wrist rest
