I tried bios flash it didn't work. I removed the white sticker 3 days ago because I bought the card used but it was still on it

Yeah being a Dual Card they were one of the most popular for mining.
You could Try this file but if it fails and a driver Reinstall fails Id say the Card needs replacement. A RX 6600 or higher. BRAND NEW NOT USED

Use the first one then attempt the 2nd using this video, you may need to use an older version of nvflash
the first one you sent, which is exactly the same, the bios allows you to install it, everything else says GPU PCI Device ID mismatch
I also tried older nvflash versions

Yup thats normal, there is a way to bypass that, I believe if you hear the video there is a way to bypass that. I provided the latest file and them an older 1 from the same Series of card.

I tried all the bios on the page, none of them allowed me to load it except for 86.06.66.00.3F, it's on it by default, but it still doesn't give a picture or any other vital signs. if you have any other ideas, I'll listen to anything
I don't want to send it back because it was absorbed by the person I bought it from
