Clear the BD PROCHOT box on the main screen.

Also check the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window.

Clean out your laptop and replace the thermal paste if necessary.

With BD PROCHOT turned off, the frequencies do not drop, but the fps decreases very much in the game, by 50%, when I lock TPL nothing changes, the same throttling.

Turn on the Log File option after making these changes. Play a game for 15 minutes and attach a log to your next post so I can see how your computer is running.

If your computer is overheating, you have to fix that problem. The log file will show this. Is this a Dell laptop? They use multiple throttling methods.

The log file shows that BD PROCHOT is still active. Does that log file contain information when the BD PROCHOT box is clear? If not, I need to see a log file while BD PROCHOT is clear and while MMIO Lock is checked.

I know after following this advice that performance will be terrible. I need to see what other throttling methods Lenovo is using.

This is the MMIO Lock box that needs to be checked.

сheck out the new log, after about 4 minutes of the game, the throttling started

The CPU is running OK when BD PROCHOT is disabled. It is using the 33 multiplier like you have requested.

Why are you throttling the CPU? The CPU temperature is not a problem. I would set the turbo ratios back to their default values of 41, 41, 40, 40.

It looks like the Nvidia GPU might be what is throttling. Try running the CPU at its full rated speed and see if this make your throttling problem worse or about the same. I am not familiar with the GPU throttling schemes that Lenovo might be using.

If a faster CPU makes things worse, check the Disable Turbo box and try running your CPU at a slower speed. A slower CPU consumes less power. Perhaps this will allow the GPU to run faster or more consistently.

Try switching Windows to the High Performance power plan.
