What is the problem with this GPU? - Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650ti

So Im having issues with my laptop Asus tuf Gaming A-15ryzen 7 4800h. Low fps on all games (I think the games that actually run are using the integrated gpu). What Im trying to see if its something of windows (I've tried nvidia control panel, and some stuff or power plan) or is the gpu that its damaged.

Its constantly on 300mhz no matter if im playing or idle on the desktop, the usage varies as normal, based on what Im doing but the temperature never goes up more than 65C on the nvidia. It doesnt throttle at all but its just really low on fps. Here is an example when games are opened, GPU 0 = GTX1650TI

Any help at all I will appreciate it a lot, im going insane trying to figure out if its something of windows or hardware.

(Few days ago I changed the fan on the laptop and everything was working perfect before today issue. The temperatures are perfect, hence the reason I dont know if its hardware or software)

Temperatures may not be perfect, as you could have accidentally left one part uncooled


This is a contradictory mess

How is it using 200W at 17% load?

The CPU is at 89C so the laptop is either doing something demanding, or the cooling is absolutely not working properly


The only logical thing i can think of here, is that somethings throttling so bad that it's running at full clocks, overheating and throttling up/down too fast for GPU-Z's readings to keep up
As an example, the GPU may be cooled perfectly but the VRAM or VRM's may not be (and may not have an exposed temperature sensor) - see if HWinfo shows anything overheating that GPU-Z isn't?




Oh and 99% of laptops use the integrated graphics exclusively as the display output, and then content rendered on the stronger GPU is 'streamed' over to it - that parts normal

You also clearly have some bloat on the PC, armoury crate is a nightmare and why are you running two games at once? You have valorant and euro truck sim both running at the same time

And what drivers are you using, post a pic of GPUZ with the "graphics" tab open. Also are your games using the onboard or dedicated GPU ?
