sadly my score went down with these latest drivers, same oc, and same settings before i was getting over 20k in the graphics score.

No. I ran 195W PPT and it drew 195W. Got 12111 graphics on 3DMark TS once.

What's your model?
Same card you have.
PPT is 195w total card power draw, that includes the fans and PCB.

But like I was saying, I'm setup for ALL video card benchmarks.
I had a real bitch of a time getting 3DMark 11 to run properly.

Speaking of 3DMark 11, I just took first place

So what I think is happening, maybe, not sure, is that some of the requirements to run legacy benchmarks, seems to conflict with how the system runs the card and how it utilizes the work load.
Now, I'm not sure, anyone can call bullshit, but it seems only certain benchmarks the card performs lower than others.

I can run all benchmarks all the way down to 3DMark 99 Max on this setup. It wasn't that easy to get every single 3D benchmark to work on a single system with W11. I couldn't even explain how I did this exactly. But it was days of work haha.

Congrats. I should buy the benchmarking suite, I've been messing too much with the 6700. BTW both memory clock tuning and core clock tuning become a pain at latter numbers. Sometimes you'll get higher performance by pulling the clocks *down* (such as with memory and ECC errors, and core clock stretching). Seems you're fine at 2800/2150 though.

Windows compatibility stuff will never stop impressing me.

I think I set max of 210A for total draw on MPT. I don't remember exactly. But I doubt it's PPT locked, and I also doubt you'll need much more than 200W, it seems to only use that much on the demo, not on the tests themselves.

I've noticed the clock speed is lower. Seems like it does more aggressive downclocking on power limited scenarios.

Ah well, you don't need the suite for a lot of benchmarks.

Then (promotion engaged!) you could jump on HWBot and make some submissions build up some team points. (I am NOT promoting my team or others. You can submit solely also.)

Here's some Free benchmarks.

I also have been enjoying VR Mark

I'll take a look. Also a tip if you want to enter the superposition leaderboard: FCLK scaling is high on that benchmark. From 1600 to 2000 (if you can get 2000) you can get a few hundred points more. TS also scales up a small bit with FCLK.

I don't have Fabric clocks unfortunately. 5.4ghz 102 x 53 currently, which is on air cooling. I must allow LLC lvl2 though for the Heavy CPU stuff running all 24 threads..... 13700K

OK I'll do that! Thank you.
Also I got 34k on 3D Mark 11 Performance. I guess at 720 the limiting factor is the CPU, and you definitely got one that handles this kind of load way better.

Graphics Score was 42 437. We were pretty similar on that regard, but your CPU is obviously way better. Try lowering your memory clock to 2000, you might be getting a few ECC errors that made your graphics score a bit lower than mines.

For reference, I'm going to put Unigine SuperPosition 8KOP here. There are no subs at HWBot with this card yet.

CPU will only matter for a lot of older benchmarks. Like CloudGate for example.

So I'll have to do some power tweaking, get these graphic heavy benchmark scores better.

1080p Extreme score I got here, if you wanna compare. Also enable ReBAR, it matters for some benchmarks.
Oh, 1080P EX. OK I'll be back.

So I'll have to do some power tweaking, get these graphic heavy benchmark scores better.
Try benchmarking with a bunch of combinations of core clock (2700, 2710 (...), 2750...) and memory clock (2000, 2050, 2100, 2150). Sometimes you get clock stretching (worse performance, even if clocks are higher) at high speeds, or ECC errors (even a few can make a difference). You might see a dropoff in performance or a stagnation in benchmark scores at some point. The point before the dropouts is the max clocks you can sustain at proper speed, and the point when it stagnates is the range you've got.
Also FCLK overclocking can get a significant amount of gain on places like Superposition. IF you can dial in 1900 or 2000 you can gain a solid 200 points on it.

To be fair, your scores look alright for what you've got dialed, but RDNA (1/2/3) overclocking is a pain in that regard. There's no artifacts, no obvious tell tale signs in some cases (though driver crashes exist still, obviously), just... worse performance.

I get worse performance if I have the core clock at 2750 than at 2730MHz. All luck of the draw. Of course yours is better, as I cannot even dream of 2800 running anything.

I did notice this with lower end 6000 cards.
But usually the memory as high as it'll go works best on the bigger cards.
I've played with..
RX 6500 XT
RX 6600
RX 6650 XT
RX 6700 the one installed now.

The best card for DX9 seemed to be the RX 6500 XT actually.

Oh, none of them modded.

8K extreme score is 5899. One run, nothing changed.

Does the 6650XT score better on Superposition 1080p for you? I've seen weirdness regarding that.

Any obvious errors I should be aware of (the mem testing tool)? I read all of the github page, but the explanations aren't really specific.
It will spit out errors visible in the CMD window. Another thing to look for is wildly oscillating performance in GB/s, just make sure you're not using the PC during the test as it can throw off the performance metric.

Oh no I mean the GPU FCLK. Check on MorePowerTool.
OK I DL'ed and Installed MPT (More Powa Tool).

Everything is greyed out.

Does the AMD software need to be installed for this to work? (I'm assuming yes, but thought to ask before I install that garbage)

No. Export your BIOS via GPUz, in MPT select your GPU from the dropdown menu, load the saved BIOS file, then make changes and write SPPT.

OK next question.
Which red bios editor to use.
The one from Igor's site is inoperable stating "Not supported"
The one from Techpower up specifically for Navi (stand alone), same deal.

And Write SPPT is not editing the bios if I understand this correctly? MPT should just work when hit write correct?

MPT is all you need, Soft Power Play Tables (SPPT) is written to the registry, no need to edit and flash the BIOS.
