Leading digital lifestyle accessories brand, Trust Electronics Ltd, is pleased today to announce the launch of its brand new Muta and Muta Wireless gaming controllers. An exciting addition to the company's portfolio, the controllers offer attractive features that every gamer is sure to enjoy and they have also been designed with sustainability in mind for greener gaming. The Trust Muta is available to buy now from Amazon for £39.99.

With 2023 set to be an exciting year for the gaming industry, the Muta controllers mark the first of Trust's many gaming launches this year. Replacing Trust's current Yula and Muta controllers, this next generation of gamepads offers not only a sleek, refreshed design, but a more sustainable one too. Made from 75% recycled plastics, the Muta's align well with Trust's increased focus on sustainability, allowing gamers to embrace a more eco-friendly setup.

The Muta Wireless is a gem in Trust Gaming's portfolio: users will have so many ways in which to enjoy their device, with three ways to connect - via 2.4 GHz USB receiver, Bluetooth, or USB cable - and compatibility with PC, laptop, Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, and more. Its wireless function allows freedom of movement; whilst a rechargeable, built-in battery means the game never has to stop, even whilst charging. Furthermore, a Nintendo Switch motion sensor means gamers can experience motion control-compatible games like never before.

Both the wireless and wired versions also come with a number of additional features to create a more enjoyable gaming experience:
  • Pressure-sensitive triggers for more precise and accurate control in games
  • Interchangeable D-pad covers so users can personalise their gamepad
  • Realistic adaptable vibration feedback for a fully immersive gaming experience
  • An extra-long 3 m cable for charging (wireless) and plug & play capability (wired)
  • 15 responsive buttons, 2 analogue joysticks, and an 8-way D-pad
The Trust Muta is available to buy from Amazon for £39.99.

I have a budget Trust GXT 540 Yula Wired for like 2 years now and its all good for my use case since I only use controllers for very specific games.
Most importantly its comfortable for my hands and it just works, I paid like 20 $ for it and for that kind of money I can't complain. 'Wouldn't pay much more for a controller anyway since most of the time its collecting dust in my room'

Only four primary buttons? Because as a PC gamer I totally want fewer options so that way I can emulate single-finger touching on overpriced communication devices called phones.

This is what a gamepad looks like: six primary buttons with triggers.

This my favorite of all time. It was great for X-wing Vs. Tie Fighter as it has a throttle and everything. Also for NFS III and later the pod racer game back then.

If you like that gamepad then good though I want my joystick to be a joystick and my gamepad to be a gamepad. All personal preferences of course. And I really enjoyed using my Sidewinder Force Feedback playing X-Wing versus Tie Fighter! I just hated the the star destroyers who jump to light speed at 3% hull integrity!

Very nice, I had the logitech one originally (see below). Played xwing vs tie fighter and freespace 2 on that and the Gravis Gamepad.
