I have to admit, i didnt even know this card existed until right now, lol

Are you asking where to get the driver? Looks like you already have it installed.
If you're asking why GPUZ doesnt see it, Looks like it was added in v2.52

  • Added support for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, RTX 3080 Ti 20 GB, RTX 3070 Ti (GA102), RTX 3050 (GA107), A800 80 GB PCIe

How do I install the driver

Forcibly installed drivers cannot deliver performance

Unfortunately, this is an unreleased prototype graphics card, which is not supported by the regular NVIDIA graphics driver. The 320-bit 20 GB type of 3080 Ti was canceled in favor of the 384-bit, 12 GB type that released to the public.

You may want to try NVCleanstall and add device ID 2205 to the driver installer. But that's best I can guide you. Good luck!

Adding the device ID to the installer through NVCleanstall did not work? There are no official drivers for this graphics card as it was canceled shortly before its release. It is very similar to the RTX 3090 otherwise, so while modifying INFs or force-installing drivers, pick the original RTX 3090 as a reference.

The final RTX 3080 Ti is a different revision with a different configuration, it has half the memory capacity, but the entire bus is filled. They've also enabled LHR on it, which this prototype doesn't have.

Well done! It working at all is very cool, I'd love one of these pre-release cards as a collector.
