Speaking of cases... been wondering what to use for the dual-core 939 build.

I feel like this KME/Keymouse CX-6059 should be a perfect fit. Whaddya think? By the way, don't let that DVD drive fool you - it's a faceplate-swapped SATA drive.

This one is already populated - the Q9400 above, although with a less powerful PSU and a HD4850 512MB. The HDD is the SP2504C, although I might replace that for a 500GB Seagate Pipeline - it's less noisy.

And finally, a small "overview" of what I hope will be my next projects. One is a "SFF" (as in microATX) Brisbane build w/ 4GB of RAM, and the other is a Cedar Mill w/ 2GB of RAM - the P5LD2 I have doesn't do anything else than Pentium 4 HT of the Prescott/Cedar Mill variety and Pentium D of the Smithfield/Presler variety (the Smithfield ones being on my "avoid at all possible costs" list).
I originally planned a Gigabyte mobo for the Cedar Mill - a GA-8I945PL-G (if my memory remembers the model correctly) but that one decided to die quietly - no POST, no beeps. Just fan spin and nothing else. Ah well, it wasn't much different in features from the P5LD2 anyways.
