Help needed - messed up Windows 10 installation

Im in a bad situation and really need your help.

Today I received my new/refurbed Dell XPS 15 9560 with Win10Pro, but it was in Swedish. I tried to change it to English but it changed only partially. Eventually the reset hanged itself showing both languages where I'd choose the region and time zone and went in a loop. I did a desperate and incredibly dumb move and recovered the Windows using my recovery usb stick. My usb stick however has a Win10Home edition and it is a recovery disc for my dead Asus.
Now I have given my Dell an identity disorder, because he thinks he is an Asus. Dell's system shows that it is my dead Asus model in Settings > About > Device Specifications. Question No 1) How can I change that? Is it possible to change?

I have tried to do clean reinstall of Windows from the internet, but I get the same Asus version. Additionally, plenty of hardware in Device Manager arent recognized and have no drivers. Windows is full of Asus bloatware. I might need to try update BIOS because i get "BIOS reporting failed" (GetChargeIsStatus returns false) error. This Windows version is heavily tweaked for Asus, and Im worried it probably works at a disadvantage for my Dell. Question no 2) Is there a way I can get a clean install of Windows? Online maybe?? That would really save it. And if there is no way, can I clean it? How bad can Asus version be for Dell?

Meanwhile Windows stands as activated with a digital license. I went into registry and wrote the key down, just in case. But I dont know if it is the license for WinPRO(Dell-Swedish), or for WinHome(DeadAsus). I assume Asus. Question no3) Will my license stop working if I have "moved" the windows from one laptop to another? Like if I would manage to get a clean Windows install and a correct model name for my Dell? My guess is maybe not, since my Asus is very dead. Or?

I have an option to send it back to the store to Netherlands (I dont know if they can/would be fixing this in distance), but I really am pressed financially and timewise, I need this laptop to work on... Please help if you can??? I just want a clean English version of Windows. I believe that my WinProfessional edition has disappeared together with its key once I did the usb recovery. It could be that the Windows key is embedded on the mainboard, and this laptop is quite easy to open, but what good it does if i still cant download Windows Pro as all I get is this darned Asus version..

Windows is full of Asus bloatware.

Sounds like the format from the internet did not work then.

you need to completely format your usb and use the MCT

Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File)

Do yourself a favor and get yourself W10 LTSB 2019 for cheap, advertised here on TPU. Clean install. Robust. Save a lot of time and worry and English and no bloat.

As Solaris said, use the Windows Media Creation tool. It will format a USB into an installer for Windows.

Edit: you will need to use the "create installation media" option.

Once that is completed, simply use the BIOS to boot from the USB, then follow the prompts. You will need to select "I don't have a product key" when asked - it will automatically activate upon internet connection. Then select the following:

Select each of the existing partitions shown on the next screen and click delete. This step will remove all of the ASUSware along with your old install. Once you see only "disk 0 free space" as an option, select that and continue following the prompts.

Note:
1. W10 PRO should be automatically installed as the license is for that. If a screen appears with options, select W10 PRO.

2. If you don't want a Microsoft account, select the "I don't have Internet" option when you are setting up the PC again.

So. Im back to life, meaning my computer is identifying as Dell again! And thanks guys!
First and foremost I didnt know that I could download Windows - or an ISO for a recovery! - online. That solved stuff!
I found my solution here:

SupportAssist didnt work for me, as I probably had broken the whole thing too badly.
So I went to Dell's recovery tool to make an USB drive to boot from. The auto-version from the Dell's recovery tool didnt work. I chose to make a recovery drive for 1) this computer (I was making it on the affected Dell), and 2) the version which lets you install Windows manually. Then I rebooted tapping F12, on boot menu chose UEFI boot and selected my USB drive. When they asked what type of installation i'd need I chose Custom (advanced), installed it on the largest, Primary partition.
So now i got my Windows 10 Pro, and the digital Windows key was there too (I read it might be stored on motherboard and checked under installation), and I could choose my English language during installation as well.
Ofc I had to update to 22H2 from the previous Win10 version, but that was nothing. Im just really happy this is solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
