No, what I meant was that for me it looks like the rear fan reversed i.e. sucking air into the case. If your front fan are doing the same then 1) you are sucking dirty air in, 2) you have positive pressure in your case and the inlet fans are not running at a good place on the fan curve and they suck to little air, 3) all fans sucking in leads to poor air circulation and high temperature. Just check if the rear fan is sucking or blowing.
the rear fan is blowing the air out. the front ones are sucking in.

As for GPU repasting, just be careful to apply thermal paste evenly to all of the GPU die surface. Also, when you tighten the screws, do it in a star shape (e.g. bottom right, then upper left, then upper right, then bottom left), making sure there's equal pressure on the chip at all times. This is to make sure you don't accidentally chip a corner of the GPU die off.

As for CPU cooler recommendations, what chassis have you got? What's your budget?
i see i see i see ill remember this yes,
the cabinet is
DEEPCOOL matrexx 55 mesh, below is the link for it.
mmmm my budget i have no idea how much should we spend on a cooler fan, lets say my budget is 5 thousand rs. is that enough??? i mean i have no idea about this. will 10 thousand work?

I see your case fits tower coolers. I would look at something like a
  • Be Quiet! Pure Rock 2,
  • Noctua U12,
  • Arctic Freezer 34, or
  • Coolermaster Hyper 212.
These coolers, while not the best ones on the planet, shouldn't cost you a fortune, are miles better than the stock Intel coffee grinder. They are relatively simple to assemble, too. I don't know their local prices in your region, so you'll have to look it up, unfortunately.

wow, thank you very much, i will order one asap and clean the grpu tomo. :):):):):)
woah the price diff between the coolermaster hyper 212 and all the rest is big. wonder how much diff it is in performance,

will this do the job?

Are you sure that the exhaust fan is mounted correct. For me it look like you are sending air in but if you rfans in the front is reversed as well I guess it will work. Most use the front as intake (where the filter is if any) and the rear and top as exhaust.
YOU WERE RIGHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
i mounted the exhaust fan incorrectly IT WAS SENDING AIR INSIDE instead of exhausting it, man and i discovered it just dew minutes ago, my godddd

It’s a step in the right direction. I would still get a new cooler and repast the card. The exhaust being incorrect is a simple mistake, but I think your temps are too high for it to make enough difference

I would personally get the Be Quiet, or the Noctua for the brand's exceptional quality, but any of the ones I listed will perform miles better than what you have now. ;) So don't worry, the 212 should be fine.

If you are going to get anything other than the 212 just get the bequiet or noctua coolers.

Agreed. The linked H410R is smaller than the 212, and is expected to perform worse. It's still probably better than the stock Intel cooler, but not so much to make it worth spending money on.

Haven't seen a cooler with a 92mm fan since 2006. How are they still making those?
The Hyper 212 is also old (more like... classic), but it's much better than the lame stock HSF Intel packs with their chips nowadays. You should've seen them at their best.. socket T, 1366 and 1151 coolers were great, solid copper core surrounded by a decent amount of aluminum fins and a beast fan, you could tell quality by the weight of it, I still have a few of them. Now they look made out of recycled beer cans.

I second the BeQuiet cooler. Noctua is highly overpriced and overrated in the computing world, I wouldn't go that route.

Ohkkk i see so the 212 is still better than the other one. I thot that is has a higher number next to it so it might be better. What about this one? Its the liquid cooling one. Dont know how these work but are they better? What about leakage and stuff. Just tell me which to buy from the 212 and the liquid ones. Also if i have to get the 212 will post some links here coz there seems to be diff versions of the same 212.

I didn't originally recommend liquid cooling because it's generally more expensive, requires a little bit more skill to install, and isn't necessary for your non-K Core i5. If you want one, have 2x 12 cm fan mounts on your case, it isn't too expensive, and you're up for a bit of some playing around with the installation, go ahead.

Guys, OP is clearly on a low budget, don't go suggesting him Noctua or Bequiet fans that are €30+ a pop.

no it doesn't mean that at all it's a part of Inntel's SKU naming for their CPU's non K means no overclocking

Non-K means there's no "K" at the end of the model name, so it's not overclockable.

The 212 should be fine.

That's why I've also suggested the CM 212. I have no clue how much OP's currency is, so I tried to cater to different budgets.

Its fine, thank you to every person who intended to help. Very Grateful. Ive ordered the cm212. Thanks a lot. Will report back after it arrives and i install it. By the way my older gaming pc that my gf uses has the cm 212 already in it. I somehow didnt order it for my newer pc thinking that the extra fans on the cabinet wud be enough.

It would be OK if Intel did not downgrade their orb cooler with every iteration.

That's fine, I have similar cooler, works great. I actually recommend you go down this route, an AIO will keep the heat out of your case.

Room temp i have no idea but if i have to make a guess it would be 26-28

Room temp i have no idea but if i have to make a guess it would be 26-28 or yes maybe even 30

You should not be hitting 100C on 10400.

Your GPU probably needs cleaning and repasting.

I got the gpu in 2021. Does it really need repasting? I mean its under warranty still. What should i do? Shud i open that warranty seal?

I wouldn't. Just give it a thorough cleaning. If it still throttles, it might be a design problem of the cooler. I've seen this happen on brand new cards.

Edit: typo

Hmmm ok so ive
1. fixed the fan orientation,
2. repasted cpu.
3. Waiting for coolermaster 212 arrival, ill install it ofc.
4. Gpu is in warranty so ill not open it yet.
5. Ill use that msi afterburner to undervolt the gpu. Lets see what happens after that.

Can we undervolt the CPU as well???

You can, although I would only recommend undervolting anything if you really know what you're doing.
